A beautiful day in the High Tatras that is not about reaching one particular summit, but about discovering one of the most beautiful and diverse valleys in this mountains.
Great Cold Valley has so much to offer. Twenty-two mountain lakes, countless towers, rocky walls and wide-open views create a landscape where there is always something new to discover.
Together, we will explore its unique corners, stop where it is worth staying a little longer, and gradually make our way higher towards Javorové Saddle. Depending on the conditions, time and energy, we can continue to Strelecká Tower or further into the surrounding mountains.
It is a day when we can become children again for a while - curious, exploring without a fixed goal. Not because we need to reach somewhere as quickly as possible, but because we want to see what lies beyond the next bend.
Because not every journey needs to end at a summit. Sometimes, what we discover along the way can give us much more.
There are no marked hiking trails leading to the places visited during this journey. Access is only possible with a mountain guide.
