Hidden Amphitheatre

The journey begins along a forest trail that gradually leads us into quieter corners of the mountains. We ascend the first peak via an unmarked path, moving through woodland and distinctive limestone formations. As we gain height, the landscape changes, revealing a dramatic rock amphitheatre of steep cliffs, limestone walls and hidden caves.

This landscape has a character of its own. The limestone creates striking shapes, while viewpoints along the way invite us to pause and take in the mountains around us.

The journey continues towards second peak, where rocky terrain gradually gives way to forest sections and more open spaces. Each part of the walk offers a different perspective, revealing just how varied a single mountain landscape can be.

The final descent leads us back into the valley, where we can look back on the cliffs that accompanied us throughout the day.
